The entire journey started with an idea, a thought.
In 1982 the dream became a reality, a reality that no contractor within the UAE and the GCC is able to deny. A reality that was found on the solid basis of quality, honesty, and transparency which still holds Machinery Enterprises LLC foundations.
In Dubai - UAE and in 1982, three men with big strong hearts promised to commit to each other to reach their ultimate dream, the dream of having the small company become one of the key players in the UAE construction equipment industry.
In 1998, the company was not a dream anymore, following the saying "If we do not expand, we die" the founders opened a new branch in the mighty capital Abu Dhabi, reaching closer to its clientele.
Years went by, and the entity's portfolio grew with its suppliers from all around the globe, each with its own expertise.
Bomag the German compaction giant, SECATOL the French chef of concrete skips, GCM the English warrior of concrete vibrating equipment, BARTELL the Canadian concrete finishing machines, ICARO the Italian master of bar bending and cutting machines and many other suppliers from Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
With such international brands within the company's portfolio, the results were outstanding. But with power came responsibility. The responsibility was to uphold the supplier's imagine in the region not only through sales but with top-shelf aftersales service.
The company invested in its sales force which now consists of eight well-trained and well-equipped personnel covering the UAE territories.
The bigger investment was in the logistics and after-sales services. Shifting the workshop and logistics department from Dubai city to Dubai Investment Park facility was the first step in the aftersales investment.
From the hiring of the finest technicians, engineers, and mechanics to initiating the Mobile Service Units, the aftersales services were complete.
